5 ROOM BTO
Dark hue marble glams up the entryway effortlessly, creating a contrast to the main living area.
The settee which is also as a mini display for the avid LEGO collector, is a great conversation starter as these collections tells a story about the home and the family.
The platform is an extension of the living room (which originally was the balcony), as one of the request was to keep the living space as big as possible for the family’s play time and to allow more space for stools during gathering.
Behind the arch is a prayer hall, which we partially obscure it from the main area using fluted glass to create a certain degree of privacy.
We also break the areas up by using different floor finishes to create textures and simple details that will pop.
A standout feature in the kitchen is the patterned tiles in low key tones. The floor contrast against the white and wood cabinets and create visual interest and continuity with the living room.
The walnut barn door hides the bathroom with style, making the kitchen more welcoming and cozy for meal preps.
